英国教育学专业(Education)介绍
教育可以分成好多种不同的职业：护理、小学、中学、继续教育、英语教学、英语作为外语的教学等等。每一种的教育都提供学生专业和普遍的技巧，并且提供学生在不同职业领域中掌握的不同的专业技能。
老牌世界教育强国英国以其完善的高等教育体系、享誉国际的教育水准，贵族式的严谨学风和一流的教学设施备受海外学子的关注，其教育体制被澳洲、新西兰、新加坡、爱尔兰、马来西亚等国沿袭，其精英教育的理念已经在各国深入渗透。去英国留学，对于将来想从事教育工作的中国学生来讲，又是一个明智的选择。
教育类专业从大体分类来讲，有宏观和微观的区分。
宏观上的主要是教育学（即Education）：
学习教育的历史,发展与理论研究,将来从事教育研究或者学校的管理工作。
主要专业有：教育研究、教育学与社会研究、教育管理、教育领导力等；
从微观上讲,教育就细化为教学（即Teaching）：关注与教学过程中的教学方法研究或者不同学科的教学技巧。
主要专业有：早期教育、教学方法研究、电脑化教学、数学教学、化学与物理教学、体育教学法、音乐教育、艺术教育与管理、英语教育、TESOL等。
在英国,有比较知名的一些教育相关专业,比如教育管理与领导力,这对于将来想从事教育行业的管理工作的同学的是一个很好的选择。音乐教育,英国是古典音乐的故乡,同时也是流行音乐的发源地,在英国的大地上到处都蔓延着艺术氛围,音乐的花朵处处开放。而音乐教育也是英国教育专业的一朵奇葩。
中国高中生念英国教育学专业：
国内高三毕业生想去英国学习教育学专业,需要通过大学预科入读本科（如果中国高考成绩特别优异，部份英国大学会考虑申请人直接申请大一）,如果学生倾向于宏观方面的教育专业,可以选择伦敦大学亚非学院的大学预科,或者贝勒比斯学院的大学预科,通过一年左右的学习,申请英国顶尖名校的教育专业。如果学生比较倾向于教学类专业,建议学生在本科阶段学习科学或者单项专业,例如：学生想将来从事音乐教师的工作,那应该在本科阶段学习音乐专业；想将来从事英语教育工作的话,要在本科阶段学习英语专业,或者英语文学与文化专业。这样有专业基础才能以后从事教师的工作。
预科要求：高二完成或高三毕业,雅思：5.5分
打算入读英国教育硕士的中国学生：此类同学也同样面临选择,一般的教育专业都开设在教育学院里,要求学生在中国有本科教育学相关专业背景,或者有相关教学经验,同时对英语的要求相对比较高,一般要求6.5分-7.0分。
